At Learning AI Labs, our mission is to empower learners with cutting-edge knowledge in Artificial Intelligence. We offer premium digital products including online courses, memberships, workshops, and downloadable resources through the Kajabi platform.

Please review our refund and return policy below:

Online Courses & Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the course or content has been accessed or downloaded.

However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, or feel the course was not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will evaluate your request and may offer a credit or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Membership Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your Kajabi account dashboard.

When canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time during the subscription period.

Live Sessions, Webinars, & Cohorts

Refunds are available if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the event start time.

No refunds are provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a full refund if the issue cannot be fixed.
